These policies apply to the interactions and bookings with Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning™ collects your personal information in order to provide our members and others with whom we do business with cleaning services whether oral, electronic or written.
Cleaning Appointment Arrival Time
We have a 45-minute window gap for our Angels to arrive. Excludes unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we're running late, we'll contact you. Customers are expected to be on time. If failure to do so, our Angels have a 15-minute wait period. After the 15-minute wait period the Angel(s) will be dismissed.
Cleaning Cancellation or Rescheduling
We completely understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule a cleaning services, Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc., requires a 72 hours notice BEFORE the offices close. Our business hours are daily from 9AM to 5PM PT. If it is the case that Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. receives less than a 24 hour notice before 5PM OR our cleaners cannot access the property, we will charge you a cancellation/rescheduling fee ($92.70) depending on the type of service.
Scheduling or any service changes may not be through the cleaners. You must notify the office directly for schedule changes during office hours (9AM-5PM PT). You may notify directly via phone call or online.
NOTE: If you call to cancel out of office hours (5:01PM-8:59AM PT) our direct line will ONLY allow you to leave a voicemail and text messages/ emails will not be seen until the offices open again. A cancellation/rescheduling fee will be applied if you cancel after office hours.
Termination of a recurring cleaning must be notified before the scheduled cleaning during office hours between 9AM-5PM.
Recurring services are priced at a reduced rate. If you decide to cancel recurring service after one cleaning our regular Professional One-Time Cleaning charge will apply.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy
Canceling due to extenuating circumstances such as illness (includes COVID-19), accidents or serious family problems will require for you to attest facts and/or provide proper documentation for the extenuating circumstance(s). If an appointment has already begun and would like to cancel our cancellation fee will be applied.
As of 09/01/2020 Amy’s Angels™ ONLY accepts Credit Card as payment option.
There is a 3% service fee.
The following payment methods are accepted for past recurring clients (08/31/2020 prior):

Bank-to-bank transfers (ACH Deposit)/ Invoice
When a cleaning service is completed the payment is due within 72 hours (3 days). Client(s) in charge of payment must note:
Cost of paid parking that may added on date of booking.
Unpaid cleanings are considered a Violation of our payment policy. All unpaid cleanings are recorded on the client’s account.
If cleanings are not paid after 72 hours of the completed service, Amy’s Angels Cleaning™ will start charging a 1% interest fee for each day after the 72 hour period.
Professional One-Time Cleanings are usually scheduled for 9AM and 1:30PM daily. Our cleaners will work vigorously to complete your scheduled service within the time requested.
For a regular ongoing basis we tend to have the same cleaners serve your property. We cannot guarantee that it will always be the same cleaners. Our cleaning teams may be change due to illness, departure, absence of leave, or vacation.
If a scheduled cleaning is confirmed for 3 hours and our cleaners are not able to complete the cleaning within the time originally requested, our office staff members may give you a call/text/email for authorization to confirm additional time. You will be informed verbally or written form of additional costs before continuing additional time. Additional can only be added in increments of 30 minutes or an hour at the rate given.
Solicitation of Employees
As a customer you will not attempt to, directly or indirectly, solicit any employee to conduct business. During the term for any employee with Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. and for a period of three (3) years, after the termination of employment with Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc., regardless of who initiates the termination, the customer will not contact and solicit cleaning technicians who have worked as an employee of Amy’s Angels Cleaning™.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. is not liable if a cleaning technician acts out of the course and scope of Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc.’s employment.
We cannot guarantee an exact start time. An exact time cannot be specified as we accommodate to every customer to ensure high quality services. Traffic cannot be predicted or if a client will request additional time for their scheduled cleaning.
If you are on a time deadline it is your responsibility to inform the office in order to ensure that the cleaning team assigned will be dispatched on time. For those with time deadlines, please know that afternoon jobs can change. We give our cleaning teams morning and afternoon jobs.
If a morning client requests additional time, your cleaning time will be pushed back in order to give the cleaning team a break in between of 1.5 hours. We recommend to book in the morning if you cannot be flexible with time.
However, we tend to schedule accordingly to have enough time for a cleaning to be completed. If it is the case we cannot meet the time frame with reasonable time notice you may reschedule (with no rescheduling fee) to another date.
Please give a 30-45 minute window arrival for our cleaners and a 1 hour window arrival to our specialist.
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday or holiday week the office will contact you to reschedule. If you prefer to keep the scheduled cleaning prices will reflect the HOLIDAY PRICE RATE.
Cleaning Service Guarantee
We take immense pride in the quality of service we provide. There will be a rare occasion when we realize that an area requested may not be cleaned to your expectation. Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. will happily re-clean the area that was not met.
Please do note that YOU MUST notify any concerns within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning and we ensure that we will make it right. We do not offer refunds.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning™ DOES NOT move furniture nor remove hazardous material. Our cleaning technicians are not equipped to move heavy items. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will be up to the discretion of the staff. Excluded in these services are the removal of hazardous material such as mold remediation and blood stain removal, etc.
Wash, Dry, and Fold Laundry Services
By using our laundry services, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard of laundry services. Ironing services are not included in Laundry Services.
There are limitations to what we can do for damaged laundry. We are not responsible if something is left in your laundry (pen, gum, etc.) that causes damage. If you let us know you left an item in your pockets, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find it. We cannot inspect every single item for damage or its prior condition upon receiving it. This includes if an item is not suitable for for common washing and drying services (dry-clean only). Please ensure to not include these types of items in the laundry you give to the cleaners.
You the customer, agree to not hold us liable for any damages based on the condition that is returned, as a condition of requesting laundry services. If you do not accept these terms in full then you can cancel the laundry services.
All laundering processes, no matter how gentle, can cause normal wear and tear of clothing. Thus, we are not responsible for any wear and tear of laundry (includes buttons, holes, abrasions, fading). We also reserve the right to decline cleaning of any particular item.
If you have specific piles of items to wash separate, please separate prior to the cleaning appointment. Our cleaners can do the separation but additional time may be needed to complete the laundry services. We are not responsible for any bleeding, shrinking, stretching of items.
Gratuity is not a requirement with Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. We do advise to inform the office if you intend to leave tip to our cleaners as payment is via electronic options (credit card) or you can give the tip to the cleaner directly in cash.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. uses high quality approved cleaning supplies. We value our cleaners’ health that we aim to utilize Eco-friendly and hypoallergenic products but carry chemicals so we can accommodate to every customer’s needs.
If you would like to provide a cleaning product Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. must be notified via email, call, text.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. offers purchasing gift certificates. A gift certificate does not expire. It cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value. Utilizing a gift certificate guarantees the amount to not be charged. If additional time is requested the gift certificate recipient is responsible to pay the difference.
Amy’s Angels Cleaning™, Inc. only collects the customer’s information voluntarily given when filling out a form on our website.
Information such as name, address, phone number, and email is collected and utilized not only to improve the content in our website but to provide an estimate for our services. If Amy’s Angels Cleaning™ cannot meet all your cleaning requests, we may share your information with our specialists such as Menjivar Services Pro for the purposes of offering additional cleaning service options.
We may use the information provided from you when you request a quote, subscribe to our email list, or respond to our survey in the following ways:
provide cleaning promotions or surveys
send periodic email regarding any service changes.
follow up with you after correspondence (phone inquiries or quote requests)

We do not sell, trade, or transfer to outside parties your information unless you are provided a notice in advance (does not include website hosting partners and others parties that assist in operating our website and conduct scheduling). We may release information only if appropriate to comply with laws or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.
