A cleaning can be customized to meet your needs. In our confirmation form you will see attached a cleaning checklist in which you can check off to include in your cleaning. Any special instructions can be relayed via the confirmation form, call, text, and/or email.

Front Entrance:

  • Front door cleaned (interior & exterior)

  • Common areas cleaned

  • Lobby cleaned

Office/ Cubicles/ Lab

  • Dust tables and wipe to sanitize

  • Dust desks and electronic equipment

  • Spot clean walls

  • Clean light fixtures within reach / handles

  • Empty trash containers and replace liners

  • Dust / Wipe window ledges

  • Remove cobwebs from baseboards and ceilings

  • Vacuum / Dust off fixtures and surface of ceiling vents

  • Clean/ Dust windows, window frames, and shades

  • Spot clean doors

  • Sanitize any water dispensers

  • Clean behind and under all furniture

  • Dust blinds

Kitchen(s) and Break Areas

  • Sweep and mop floors

  • Empty trash containers and replace liners

  • Clean microwave, toaster, and coffee machine

  • External cleaning of appliances and cupboards

  • Clean table tops, counter tops, and sink(s)

  • Clean chairs and return to the tables

  • Clean the refrigerator

  • Sanitize any water dispensers

Restrooms

  • Empty Trash Containers and Replace Liners

  • Sanitize and Disinfect Sinks and Countertops

  • Dust, Mop, and Sanitize Floors

  • Clean and Sanitize Toilets and Urinals

  • Clean Glass and Mirrors

  • Treat Stainless Steel Surfaces with Special Product

  • Clean and Fill Soap, Tissue, and Towel Dispensers

  • Wipe and Dust Off Edges

  • Spot Clean Walls, Surface of Vents and Doors

  • Wipe Down and Sanitize Light Switches
